Pada tanggal 21 Oktober ini, aplikasi BBM for android dan BBM for iPhone resmi muncul lagi di App Store dan Play Google dan dapat digunakan oleh dua Os tersebut.

Adapun Spesifikasi Android yang dapat menggunakan aplikasi BBM yaitu, minimal harus memiliki OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) dan 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 (Jelly Bean) ataupun 4.4 (KitKat).
